New Year’s Resolutions are a tricky thing. I almost always choose something health-related, but don’t seem prepared yet to really make it happen. I think I make a little progress throughout the year, and for now I am okay with that.
I can, however, make a commitment to choose happiness everyday, and it doesn’t require a single sit-up or reduced-calorie meal. My sister-in-law has some thoughts on this, I thought I would share: Your Aha Moments
