I too have tried to stay home more and not give any to the temptation of shopping, buying more groceries than needed, etc. We are only a family of three, so when we travel we make sure and take our car instead of the SUV for better gas mileage and a not so big of a tank to fill up.  I am getting ready to start making some crock pot meals and soups since it is getting cool outside and I hope that will help with our budget too.  Oh, and my new favorite is boxed wine!  My sister-in-law got me on it.  About $20 for the box which is equivalent to 4 bottles.  It is a deal!  I don&#039;t think I&#039;ll buy bottled wine for a while.</description>
