Tillie: you can put whatever spices in whatever ratio : ) also add spices if you like. I put a bit of black pepper in my spice mixture, but i like it hotter. i would recommend giving it a try with half or a quarter of the recommended cayenne, it gives it a nice boldness with out hottness when you only use a little bit. hope this helps ^.^

I can't give a comment until I try it. I was just wondering if you put all of the ingredients into the mix or put just what you want, I don't think I would like cayenne pepper in my chai. Please let me know.

Thank You,
Tillie Polen Scholz

Hi, this sounds so great! I was wondering, though, if you could give me more of an idea about what you mean when you say, "instant tea". Sorry that I just can't visualize what brand or ??? that you are talking about. Could you please mention a brand name or something, and maybe this will help me figure out what you mean? All the tea I ever buy is in tea bags or is loose tea. Thanks for your help.
