Mine should have had an expander, but didn't. Trusted her pediatric dentist who wanted to be an orthodontist. I think I should get a LOT of the credit - - since he MUST have overheard about the $30,000.00 his grandma is forking over to fix HER miserable tooth problems. When he gets my age, the thirty grand will probably be more like a MILLION $$$! Big (((((HUG)))))) to my favorite grandson! My 11-year-old son had an expander too, and now has moved on to braces. I thought the braces would bother him more, but he's adjusted quickly. Passing the torch for us includes teaching the kids to serve. On Saturday, I took the boys to a church workday and we picked up brush and leaves for a few hours alongside an elderly couple in our church. Although this elderly couple outworked us, they gave the boys a thank you note and $1 on Sunday. That’s great he is doing so well.
