I noted this week that the merganzers are back on the creek — they head north to nest.

Some mallards at least nest here and we get to see their babies.

I am so envious that you have waterfront property!! I think that is the best part of Wisconsin!!

And that photograph!! Really nice! Wildlife is another great thing about living here…and loons won’t eat my veggie garden:-)
