		<description>I used to homeschool my children and I was at a conference a few years ago that had a similiar theme as the new book, &quot;Your Child&#039;s Strengths.&quot;  The keynote gave an illustration that went something like this - every child is like a block of untouched marble.  We, as parents, could start chipping away the layers and find a child inside that have their own special strengths and weeknesses.  The marble is not a mold so that the child will turn out just like us but it is an unscuplted piece of marble that would break any mold we tried to fit it into.  The only way to make that marble into everything is can be is to let it&#039;s inner beauty (strength) shine out.</description>
