He and Emily (my 5 year old) have been watching it since she was able to sit and cuddle with him on the couch. He has even Tivo'd those 48 hour Marathons they run on TV Land. I am glad for those cable networks, something still decent that I am not afraid to watch with my children, that we both can enjoy. I must say though, I do get a little irritated when He begins to recite the show before the line actually comes up. Andy is good, but let Andy be Andy, K? HA! As we were loading the car my husband commented on how nice it was to have kids big enough to help with preparations and packing. It wasn’t that long ago that not only were we the only ones who could do it, but we had to pack bags the size of small U-Haul trailers to get everything needed for baby, not to mention all the accessories of bulky strollers, portable cribs, etc. Then we blinked, and suddenly we have a 9 year old and a 4 year old who have their own individual bags and packed their own “to do” bags of activities and toys for the trip. We had DirecTV and went to cable with our new home and I miss it - the Tivo, channels, everything was better except the installation of wires running into my walls.
