Janice, at Faith Lifts, is hosting a “thank a blogger” linkathon. I have many to thank, but I will choose three to feature here.
Pamela, at the Dust Will Wait, Robin, at Pensieve, and Holly, at Holly’s Corner are all generous bloggers that always have thoughtful posts, and take time to comment on mine. I’m thankful for each of them, as well as many others whose links you see periodically under “thanks for your comment”.
Congratulations to Kathleen Marie, at Stranded in the Mountains, for winning the Thankful for Mothers contest hosted by Chaotic Home. I contributed my 10,000 Miles in Blue Streak post. Awesome stories there – check it out!
Tami’s Blog is sponsoring the Carnival of Homeschooling this week. Another great list!
Megan, at Halfpint House (HT, Chilihead), is hosting a white elephant exchange, which might be on my top ten of favorite things to do. I considered deserting my family when they switched to the more American, “buystuffforamonth to fillthegiftlist” exchange a couple of years ago. So, I’ve joined in on the festivities – if you’d like to participate, sign up at Halfpint House by Friday.
I’ve also discovered she’s a homeschooling mom, and experiencing some of the same struggles I’ve had in the past month or so.
Spunky says Dr. Phil is going to do a hatchet job on homeschooling Friday. So I may have to tune in. I was a fan in years past, but now rarely have time to watch TV. I’ll be curious to see what is said.
And Lucinda broke her foot.
So is that enough to keep you busy?

If you tune it to Phil, remember there’s another Phil that pops up on groundhogs day – and he’s only an expert in one area. . . . ahem!!!!
In other words, there’s going to be dark days, bright sunshine weather/whether (or not) Phil agrees. You are a GREAT Mom, and because you are, you made a decision that you thought was best for your kids. From the things that are posting, you may be testing the water, but it’s coming. You rock! What a fun idea, now I have one more post to write because this topic is a GREAT idea! If you do listen to Dr. Phil, remember that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and only a parent can make the best decisions for their own kids – - in my HUMBLE opinion! ROFL.
Hugs,

I have to giggle, Kelly, because the three of us checked in pretty soon after you posted this (I think)
. What a nice surprise, and if you read me soon, you’ll know why something like this would MEAN something to me (I’m very bloggidy frustrated these days :/).
You’re a thoughtful writer AND commenter, you pay attention to the details in both cases (that’s why we keep coming back for MORE!).
Thanks for the mention…it’s almost as good as an Amazon gift certificate

Isn’t that a treat! The three wise-ladies themselves grace the comment section of this post;)
Love you all!
