They say imitation is the highest form of flattery.

That is too funny. Yep, I am wondering how many “fish stories” they came back with! It’s all that fresh air, it knocks you right out. Well that and getting up at o’dark-thirty in the morning.
10:08 pm
How cute.
10:59 pm
LOL!!!!! Oh, that gave me a good laugh! Too cute.
12:23 am
a riot!!!! I LOVE IT!!

It is so fantastic to see father-son time! We’re trying to straighten that out now. One 6 year old in school, one dad who leaves for work half an hour before son gets home from school and comes home two hours after bedtime. Dad time is always nice to see.

Love the picture! We are looking forward to our little cruise to Canada next summer. Only get to Halifax and St. John, but its a start.
Impressed with the site, still leaning about the tutoring.

The apples don’t fall too far from the trees, but I don’t see any trees nearby
. WHO’S BEHIND THE CAMERA???
9:01 am
Hehehe. I don’t go to Canada, so I’m not quite sure. This is a “guest photo” from someone in the fishing boat;)
9:04 am
How FUNNY! But also cool that they’re so laid back, and hanging out together. THAT makes for some nice memories, even if they sleep through some of them, eh?
I’ve posted my Wordless Wednesday, too. Enjoy!
9:13 am
Yeah, when the boys are in Canada, they have this expression – one they hear from Canadians up there — “It is what it is.”
Nobody seems to get worked up about anything during fishing week.
I could use about a gallon of that attitude.
9:13 am
THAT IS TOO FUNNY!! Great picture Kelly! That’s male bonding for you.
9:52 am
ROFL – that’s great. I needed a giggle!
Hugs,

Looks like they’re tuckered out!

How do they both manage to sleep in those positions? LOVE IT!!!
11:44 am
That is so cute. It put a smile on my face.
Happy WW!
12:43 pm
That’s funny! That’s the best way to fish! Even napping can be quality time, they’re together!
1:59 pm
Fishing makes me sleepy too. So quiet. Great pics. My WW is up too.
3:54 pm
That is precious, Kelly!
4:06 pm
Now that is really cute! Thank you for sharing!
4:29 pm
Whatever floats their boat!!!
Little boys and their dads are so adorable…I love the way our son tries to do whatever Daddy does. We’ll see how long it lasts!
My WW is up!
8:32 pm
I don’t have the time to read the other comments… But I think this would go well with one of those “PRICELESS” commercials
Cabin on the lake $$$$
Fishing equipment $$$$$
Afternoon Boat Launch $$$$$$$
Catching a wink…. PRICELESS
8:41 pm

[...] Today marks the final day in my Husband Week lovefest. Of course, this doesn’t mean I will stop referring to him, it’s just that from now on I’ll be able to call him Wayne and hyperlink to the gaggalishus love I’ve already subjected you to, rather than insisting you wade through it again;) Thank you all for joining in on the festivities this week. [...] A couple of weeks ago, my ten-year-old daughter, D, and I embarked on our third mother-daughter trip. We do this when the boys snore walleye to death in Ontario. The first year, we murdered blue crab Chesapeake Bay, and last summer we biked around horse manure on Mackinac Island. Since we’d studied all the way up to the American Revolution in school, we chose Boston as this year’s destination. [...]
