I used to take the very same type of fishing trips when my dad was a kid. Unfortunately, I didn’t hold up as much as yours did

I hated every minute of it at the time, and was bored to tears.

Now 20+ years later, I can see the need and lure for the trips, and try and subject my daughter to the same painful trips! Who’d a thunk?

Your son is a very resourceful young man!
Happy Birthday to Kelly’s husband! My guess was Steve, and that’s not it.
One of my favorite memories was fishing with my DAD. I didn’t mind catching fish, as long as I didn’t have to touch or clean them. My PTT is up!

Curt sounds like every father’s dream for a son. Who wouldn’t love spending time with him?!

Drama Queen is also very creative. She didn’t take any toys with us on vacation. I woke up from an afternoon nap one day and found that she had used a Sharpie to draw full-size people on 4 water bottles. She drew houses and cars on paper plates and later had The Hubster cut flaps in them so her people could go in and out of the doors.

That is a very impressive young man yo have there! But you already knew that, didn't you? ;O) I like to fish , haven't been in years- but still... I agree with you, those don't sound like conditions in which any lady should have to suffer, LOL! Mine is up, happy PTT!
